Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange of same item ONLY. (if the item is out of stock ONLY THEN MAY YOU EXCHANGE FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL VALUE) The return must be received within 3 business days of when the product was received. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given. All SALE AND ACCESSORIES items are FINAL. Items being exchanged must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

-without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

-within 3 business days of the date item was received

-must not be a SALE OR ACCESSORIES item

If an item is received damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately. You MUST also contact us immediately if you intend to return ANY item back to us. Items returned to us AFTER 3 business days and WITHOUT contacting us are NOT subject to exchange.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS. PLEASE ALLOW 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS ORDER. Once order is processed Shipments can take anywhere from 7 -10 business days depending on location of shipping address. Tracking numbers will be made available to you as soon as possible. Please allow delays during times of harsh weather and holidays.
Please note: All pieces that are custom made and will take 7-15 business days to complete.

 

Final Sale/Clearance Items

Items cannot be returned for refund, exchange or Customer Credit. All Sale/Clearance Items are final. Not Transferable. No Refunds on  Final Sale/Clearance Items
